Some greats that come to mind are Donkey Skin, the Italian Giallos, and Love Witch (not technically technicolor but meant to look like it), "What a Way to Go!" (but not technicolor either, Eastmancolor process)

Agree. Check out 2 strip technicolor which preceded it. Short period, only a few films but will give you color sensations as if you were from another planet. Greens and pinks and colors you can’t name. Doctor X is one. A whole list on wiki. Madame Yvonde is another great unsung colorist too, for those sensitive to color thrills.
